Entitlement Training
The entitlement process is where projects succeed or fail, and it is where most engineering firms draw a line between technical staff and senior leadership. At KWC, we train engineers in the entitlement process directly, giving you the strategic context that transforms a competent engineer into an indispensable one.

KWC knows that everyone has a unique daily schedule. We provide the flexibility to attend appointments, spend time with family, and structure your day in a way that fits your life. Office hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Compensation
