We are not a firm that sells the work, then steps away.
KWC's principals are directly involved in every engagement, from the first conversation through project close-out. That means your project benefits from the full weight of 45 years of Southern California experience, agency relationships, and institutional knowledge. Not just at the outset. At every stage.
We serve private land developers, residential builders, investment groups, and public agencies navigating complex land development across Southern California. Our offices in Corona, Murrieta, Irvine, and San Marcos reflect the communities where we have worked longest and know best.
Our Mission
To provide a strategic approach throughout the development and execution of our clients' vision, while delivering quality engineering and surveying.
The commitments that define how we work.
KWC's core values are not a wall display. They are the behavioral standards that every member of our team is held to, from interns to principals, on every project.
Excellence
We hold every deliverable to the same standard regardless of project size. Quality is not a department at KWC. It is a shared expectation that runs from the first plan check through final construction.
Trust
Our clients know where their projects stand. We communicate proactively, respond quickly, and do not let problems become surprises. When we say we will deliver something, we deliver it.
Teaming
The best outcomes on complex projects come from strong internal coordination. KWC's civil engineering, surveying, and water quality teams work together so your project does not fall through the gaps between disciplines.
Strategic Approach
Technical precision is necessary but not sufficient. KWC approaches every engagement with the approval path in mind from the beginning, aligning engineering decisions with entitlement strategy and agency expectations before they become a problem.
Respect
We treat every client relationship as a long-term investment. The people we work with trust us with significant financial and professional decisions, and we take that responsibility seriously.
Service
Responsiveness is not a policy at KWC. It is a standard. When clients reach out, they hear back. When a project hits a complication, they hear about it from us before they hear about it from an agency.
The team behind your project.
KWC's leadership team oversees the day-to-day work of our professional and administrative staff. Our leaders bring broad experience across all areas of our practice, including cost-effective due diligence, project budgeting and scheduling, strategic design, agency outreach, and construction support.
